Welcome to Oddly Satisfying. By downloading, accessing, or using the Oddly Satisfying application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use License

Pastelify grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited revocable license to download, install, and use the application on compatible mobile devices for your personal entertainment and creative purposes.

2. In-App Purchases and Pro Entitlements

Oddly Satisfying offers optional in-app purchases (such as "Oddly Satisfying Pro") processed securely through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.

All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
One-time unlock purchases are permanent non-consumable entitlements tied to your Google Play account and can be restored using the in-app "Restore Purchases" button.

3. Advertisements

The free tier of Oddly Satisfying may display third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. Interacting with third-party ads is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the respective advertiser.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Oddly Satisfying, including but not limited to sound synthesis algorithms, visual assets, software code, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Pastelify.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Pastelify does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every hardware device.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
